The Moshen App

Here's a sample of what it looks like to navigate through the Moshen app.  The patient here has a list of exercises, she selects one and a video plays demonstrating what she is supposed to do.  She can see how many sets and reps as well as a description of the exercises.  The best part is that she can give feedback that goes directly to her therapist!
