Your initial session with Moshen includes your evaluation, access to the Moshen App, and continued programing through the app for one month.
Return visits to Moshen will include things like manual therapy, stretching, progress assessment, or dry needling.
One month after your last visit to Moshen you will have the option to remain a Moshen member. This includes the following:
Full payment for your session is due at the time of your visit. We accept cash, check, and most major credit cards as well as HSA cards.
It is important to know that Moshen is not an in-network provider with any insurance company.
Some of our patients have been able to use the medical receipt we provide at check out to then submit to their insurance company for reimbursement. We encourage you to check with your insurance company regarding your specific out of network physical therapy benefit prior to coming in if that is something you would like to consider submitting to them after your appointment.
Moshen does not have a relationship with Medicare or Medicaid. The services provided by Moshen are not services covered by Medicare/Medicaid plans or Medicare/Medicaid replacement plans.
